Buckeye has grown faster than almost anywhere in the country, and the concrete work reflects that. The housing is overwhelmingly new, so we are rarely called out to fix a failing forty-year-old driveway here. We are called to add what a production builder left out.
That means patio extensions on homes handed over with a slab barely deep enough for a barbecue, slabs for the shops and sheds that go up once people settle in, and — on the larger lots out toward the edges of town — RV pads and pads for trailers and equipment.

A production-built home typically comes with a driveway, a front walk and a small covered patio, and nothing else. Extending the patio out into the yard is the single most common request we get in Buckeye, followed by pouring a pad for a shed or a shop.

Do you travel out to Buckeye?
Yes. Buckeye is a regular part of our service area and the drive is factored into how we schedule rather than treated as an exception.
My builder-installed patio is tiny. Can it be extended?
Yes, and it is one of the most common jobs we do in newer West Valley communities. The extension is tied and jointed to the existing slab. New concrete beside concrete a few years old will show some difference in color, which does even out somewhat over time.
Can you pour an RV pad on my lot?
Yes. We will size it around your vehicle and check the approach and turn-in from the driveway or gate before anything is formed, then build the slab for the weight rather than to driveway specification.
Do HOA rules affect concrete work here?
In many Buckeye communities, yes — a lot of them have architectural review for changes visible from the street, which can include driveway widening or a decorative finish. Rules differ from one community to the next, so check with your HOA. We are glad to supply the project details you need for a submission.
