Who We Are

SM Construction LLC is a concrete contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona, owned by Daniel Sanchez. We pour concrete for homes, businesses and new construction across the Phoenix metro area.

We are registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under ROC #358800, and we are bonded and insured. Current documentation is available whenever a client, a general contractor or a property manager needs it for their files.

Concrete is unforgiving work. Once it is placed, the window to get the finish right is measured in minutes, and everything that determines how it performs — the excavation, the base, the compaction, the forms, the steel — is already buried by the time anyone sees the result. That is where the care goes.

We work directly for homeowners on driveways, patios, slabs and decorative concrete, and we work as a concrete subcontractor for general contractors and builders on new construction and commercial projects.

How We Work With You

Call, or send the estimate form with what you're planning. Photos and rough measurements help, but they aren't required to start the conversation.
We look at the site
For most projects we come out. The ground, the access, the drainage and what's already there all change the job, and none of it is visible from a description.
You get an estimate for your project
Priced from the actual scope in front of us. If something in the plan is likely to cause a problem down the line, we'll tell you before you commit to it.
We build it
Excavation, base, forms, reinforcement, pour, finish, joints and clean-up — then clear information on when the concrete can be walked on and driven on.
